Within these electives, you'll explore energy accounting, economics, solutions, efficiencies, markets, risks, and outcomes.  You'll develop a keen understanding of energy industry initiatives, technology, and change.  You'll expand not just your knowledge, but your options, marketability, and competitiveness within the energy industry.

By choosing these energy electives, you can earn a concentration in energy in addition to the highly esteemed Tulane Master of Finance or Master of Business Administration degree.


Joint Degree MBA/Master of Finance with an Energy Concentration
As a graduate of our Houston PMBA, Houston EMBA or New Orleans EMBA program, you have new energy options available to you. 

  • Earn your Tulane MBA degree.
  • Join the Houston Master of Finance program and earn a MBA/MFIN joint degree with a concentration in energy. 
  • We'll waive the first half of the Master of Finance curriculum.
  • You will begin the MFIN program in August and finish in February.  In just seven months, you earn your Tulane Master of Finance degree with an energy concentration. 


Energy Management Certificate
If you're a New Orleans EMBA graduate or graduate of any of our Houston programs (EMBA, PMBA or MFIN), you can enroll in our new Tulane Energy Management Certificate program.  You'll complete four energy courses starting in September and earn your Energy Certificate in just six months.
